SUMMARY:Algorithms and Applications of Dynamic Network Analysis Using CAND
 Y
DESCRIPTION:Aashish Pandey (University of North Texas), Arindam Khanda and
S.M. Shovan (Missouri University of Science and Technology), Ali Y. Khan
(University of North Texas), Boyana Norris (University of Oregon), Sajal K
. Das (Missouri University of Science and Technology), and Sanjukta Bhowmi
ck (University of North Texas)\n\nMany complex systems across diverse doma
ins can be represented as dynamic networks, where entities are modeled as
time-varying nodes and interactions among these entities are modeled as ev
olving edges. Analyzing such networks provides insights into the underlyin
g temporal characteristics of the system and supports informed decision-ma
king. However, timely and resource-efficient analysis of large, complex ne
tworks is challenging without specialized approaches, as it requires conti
nuous updates to graph properties. Previously, we presented CANDY (Cyberin
frastructure for Accelerating Innovation in Network Dynamics), a scalable
platform for modeling, managing, and analyzing large dynamic networks.\n\n
Here, we showcase real-world applications in transportation, social networ
ks, and public safety, modeled as dynamic networks and analyzed using CAND
Y.\n\nTag: Research & ACM SRC Posters\n\nRegistration Category: Technical
Program Reg Pass\n\nSession Chairs: Kento Sato (RIKEN Center for Computati
onal Science (R-CCS)); Anja Gerbes (Georg-August-Universität Göttingen); a
nd Chris Schlipalius (Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre; Commonwealth
Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Australia)\n\n
