SUMMARY:Hardware Lab Test Engineer
DESCRIPTION:Mission:\nYou will be responsible for setting up, maintaining,
  and operating lab equipment used for testing and validating high-performa
 nce hardware systems. You will collaborate with design engineers, validati
 on teams, and manufacturing to ensure our products meet the highest qualit
 y and reliability standards before release.\n\nResponsibilities & opportun
 ities in this role:\nHardware Testing & Validation \nExecute test plans fo
 r electronic components, PCB’s and system-level-assemblies.\nPerform funct
 ional, performance and environmental testing using oscilloscopes, logic an
 alyzers, power supplies and other instrumentation.\nCollect and analyze te
 st data to identify root causes of failures or performance deviations.\nTe
 chnical Support\nSupport HW design, bring-up and validation activities by 
 preparing workstations, test setups and prototypes. \nAssist engineers wit
 h hardware builds, soldering, rework, and board-level troubleshooting as n
 eeded.\nImplement and improve processes for hardware prototype tracking an
 d test documentation.\nLab Operations & Maintenance\nMaintain and calibrat
 e test equipment, ensuring the lab remains organized and compliant with sa
 fety standards.\nManage hardware inventory, including prototypes, test boa
 rds, and lab assets.\nSupport setup and teardown of test benches, racks, a
 nd measurement systems.\nGenerate detailed test reports and communicate re
 sults to cross-functional teams.\nCross-Functional Collaboration \nWork cl
 osely with hardware design, validation, and manufacturing engineers to imp
 rove test coverage and debug hardware issues.\nProvide feedback to design 
 teams to enhance product reliability and manufacturability.\n\nIdeal candi
 dates have/are:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Eng
 ineering, or a related technical field.\n5+ years of experience in a hardw
 are test, validation, or engineering lab management role.\nStrong hands-on
  experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, m
 ultimeters, etc.).\nSolid understanding of electronics fundamentals (digit
 al, analog, and power systems).\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical 
 skills.\n\nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with hardware validation workflows for 
 ASICs, FPGAs, or embedded systems.\nExperience working in a production or 
 prototype hardware lab environment.\nKnowledge of thermal, mechanical, or 
 environmental testing.\nFamiliarity with safety and ESD standards in lab e
 nvironments.\nExperience with high-speed digital interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Et
 hernet, etc.).\nFamiliarity with data acquisition systems or measurement a
 utomation frameworks.\nStrong organizational and documentation skills.\nEx
 cellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nAttention to detail and a p
 roactive attitude toward troubleshooting and process improvement.\nAbility
  to work independently and manage multiple test activities concurrently.\n
