SUMMARY:ASIC Verification Engineering Manager
DESCRIPTION:Cornelis Networks is hiring a talented ASIC Verification Engin
 eering Manager to help drive innovation and contribute to the development 
 of cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor industry. In this role, 
 you will be responsible for leading an ASIC Design Verification Team and d
 eliver block level and full chip verification and emulation activities wit
 h high quality. You will oversee verification test planning, execution, an
 d the development of innovative verification methodologies while driving f
 unctional and code coverage closure. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \nThis role
  requires close collaboration with RTL, architecture, software/firmware, e
 mulation, and post-silicon validation teams. You will work across cross-fu
 nctional teams, engaging and driving. Additionally, you will contribute to
  the development and execution of a DV strategy that aligns with the compa
 ny’s objectives for first pass silicon success. You will also be responsib
 le for hiring, training, and supporting a team of ASIC engineers to ensure
  timely and cost-effective product development. You will also be responsib
 le for the people management aspects to support the organizational goals. 
 \n\nMinimum Qualifications: \n15 + years’ experience in ASIC/SoC design ve
 rification.\n5 + years’ experience leading a team of direct reports.  \nEx
 pertise in design verification tools such as Synopsys VCS and Verdi.\nProv
 en success in first-pass ASIC development.\nExperience managing multiple p
 rojects and adjusting priorities with stakeholders.\nProficiency in develo
 ping UVM constrained random test benches.\nStrong understanding of interpr
 eting functional specifications and creating comprehensive test plans.\nB.
 S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related tec
 hnical field, or equivalent practical experience. \n\nPreferred Qualificat
 ions: \nExperience in building UVM environments from scratch.\nPrevious ex
 perience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-
 on approach.\nExpertise in working with networking System on Chips (SOCs).
