 \nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to serve as Director, Cybe
 rsecurity Transformation. This role, reporting directly to the Vice Presid
 ent of the Office of the CISO, will be a key partner to senior leadership 
 in strengthening HPE’s cybersecurity posture through continuous improvemen
 t, transformation, and the successful delivery of complex programs.\n\nThi
 s leader will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale cyber
 security transformation programs and inspiring cross-functional teams to a
 chieve ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will excel at partnering acros
 s functions and business units, influencing senior executives, and leading
  teams to deliver measurable business value.\n\nThe ideal leader will brin
 g extensive expertise in program management, leadership in technology-driv
 en initiatives, and a modern approach that combines deep cybersecurity kno
 wledge with agile methodologies and disciplined execution.\n\nSuccess in t
 his role requires meticulous organization, crisp communication and a metho

 on, and successful delivery of complex, large-scale transformation program

 tion.\nFinancial Management: Project and forecast budgets via rigorous fin
 ancial planning and oversight.\nTransparency: Implement a robust governanc
 e framework to ensure accountability and transparency, with regular portfo
 lio reporting to executive leadership.\nTeam and Stakeholder Leadership\n\
 nLead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class cybe
 rsecurity transformation and program delivery team. You will lead internal
  and external resources, including technical PMs.\nCultivate Global Relati
 onships: Build and maintain strong global relationships with senior and ex
 ecutive management, as well as stakeholders across the organization, from 
 the C-suite to frontline teams.\nDrive Consensus and Resolution: Influence
 , negotiate, and build consensus to drive success, stepping in to mediate 
 critical escalations and driving alignment.\nSkills and Competencies \n\nI
