DESCRIPTION:Role Summary:\n\nAs the Manager of HPC Solutions Architecture,
  you will oversee a team of domain-specialist architects spanning compute,
  storage, security, Kubernetes, networking, and systems integration. This 
 team engages directly with customers to design and deliver high-performanc
 e computing (HPC) solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, and opti
 mized for workload-specific needs.\nYou will guide your team through the e
 ntire customer lifecycle — from early engagement and requirements discover
 y, through solution design, proof-of-concepts, and deployment, to ongoing 
 optimization and adoption. Your role will ensure that customers achieve me
 asurable value at every stage while maintaining the flexibility to scale a
 s their workloads evolve.\nIn addition to managing delivery, you will serv
 e as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, building strong customer rel
 ationships and ensuring architectures align with both technical priorities
  and business objectives. You will also collaborate closely with product a
 nd engineering teams, turning field insights into reference architectures,
  reusable design patterns, and platform enhancements that strengthen the o
 verall ecosystem.\nThis role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic

  high-performing team of Solutions Architects across compute, storage, Kub
 ernetes, networking, security, and systems integration\n•	Act as the strat
 egic link between customers, your team, and engineering, ensuring alignmen
 t between customer outcomes and platform evolution.\n•	Build and maintain 
 trusted advisor relationships with customers, enabling them to maximize th
 e value of HPC architectures.\n•	Oversee the creation of reference archite
 ctures and design blueprints to ensure repeatable, scalable solutions.\n•	
 Guide proof-of-concept initiatives, validating solution performance and ac
 celerating customer confidence in adoption.\n•	Conduct technical design re
 views and workload assessments, identifying opportunities to improve effic
 iency, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.\n•	Recommend strategic design c
 hoices across compute, storage, networking, data pipelines, and security t
 o align with customer-specific workloads.\n•	Act as a trusted partner to p
 roduct and engineering, providing field insights that shape platform roadm
 aps and features.\n•	Encourage prototyping of new architectural approaches
  for emerging HPC and AI/ML workloads, translating innovation into product
 ion-ready solutions.\n•	Ensure the team maintains high-quality documentati
 on, reusable patterns, and best practices for consistent delivery.\n•	Stay
  current with emerging technologies (GPUs, accelerators, interconnects, di
 stributed storage, orchestration frameworks) and guide clients in adoption
