 ou'll be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent.\
 n•	Resource Coordination: Efficiently allocate resources across projects, 
 coordinate with various functions to set priorities, and identify future s
 taffing needs.\n•	Professional Development: Conduct regular one-on-one mee
 tings to support professional growth, provide performance appraisals, and 
 develop training materials.\n\nYOU HAVE:\n•	Educational and Professional E
 xpertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
 , alongside 7+ years of experience leading CAD Designer teams.\n•	Technica
 l Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in project management, SolidWorks 3D
  modeling, and familiarity with tools like DFMEA/DFM.\n•	Communication and
  Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively acr
