SUMMARY:Principal R&D Mechanical Engineer

 WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:\n•	Join a high-growth R&D Engin
 eering team that is focused on growth and development within our High-Dens
 ity Liquid Cooling business.\n•	Drive multi-functional product development
  teams as a Subject Matter Expert, applying specialized knowledge (e.g., m
 aterial science, weld engineering) to design and develop products and manu
 facturing processes to enhance performance and repeatability while maintai
 ning clean internal flow path to prevent debris and corrosion in fluid sys
 tems.\n•	Ensure ASME compliance for piping and pressure vessels and promot
 e standard adoption in new applications and seek out or develop additional
  standards as needed.\n•	Collaborate across Product Design, Manufacturing 
 Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize manufacturability and meet inte
 rnal/industry/customer standards both within our own facility as well as a
 t suppliers. Assist in specifying equipment and refining processes.\n•	Est
 ablish product and test specifications and research the latest in industry
  advancements.\n•	Mentor junior engineers by sharing knowledge to strength
 en technical depth of staff.\n\nYOU HAVE:\n•	Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic
 al Engineering or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.\n•	10
 + years of relevant engineering experience in related field required.\n•	K
 nowledge of ASME BPV design and applications, as well as AWS and ISO stand
 ards, ASME Section IX or equivalent certification is highly preferred.\n•	
 Knowledge of material compatibility and galvanic corrosion in fluid applic
 ations.\n•	Experience leading test design and supervision, developing deta
 iled test plans and analyzing results to make confident, data-driven decis
 ions.\n•	Ability to provide technical direction to multi-functional teams 
 with open communication, identifying problems and establishing resolutions
 .\n•	Up to 20% domestic travel is required.\n\nRegistration Category: Tech
