SUMMARY:Power FAE (Austin, TX)
DESCRIPTION:A Power Field Application Engineer (FAE) is a key player in br
 idging the gap between a company's technical products or services and its 
 target audience. This role will support our power supply products, and pro
 vides technical support to East Coast customers, including Dell. The FAE w
 ill collaborate with Asia-based engineering teams on new product introduct
 ions. \n\n1.Field Application Engineer locating in Austin TX Onsite & Remo
 te from home serve as East-coast regional FAE for 1st tier & 2nd tier cust
 omers with immediate responsibility as local support for Dell account besi
 des supporting all other east coast customers in different regions as nece
 ssary.\n2.Engage with key AC-DC & DC-DC power supply customers as on-site 
 FAE support to do first level failure analysis.\n3.Proactively identify cu
 stomer technical issues to determine correct solution selection, quality i
 ssues, etc.\n4.Support to resolve field issues at customer sites, includin
 g first-level FA, FW and HW rework, etc.\n5.Work with Asian engineering te
 ams for NPI programs, facilitating technical communications, on-site testi
 ng and debugging.\n6.Will support all required rework in US & Mexico if re
 quired.\n7.Travel US Domestic, Mexico & Asia as needed. Traveling with our
  commercial team, the Field Application Engineer will be the primary custo
