SUMMARY:Power FAE (Milpitas, CA)
DESCRIPTION:A Power Field Application Engineer (FAE) is a key player in br
 idging the gap between a company's technical products or services and its 
 target audience. This role will support our power supply products, and pro
 vides technical support to West Coast customers, Specifically Cisco. The F
 AE will collaborate with Asia-based engineering teams on new product intro
 ductions. \n\n1.Field Application Engineer locating in Milpitas CA Onsite 
 serves as West-coast regional FAE for 1st tier & 2nd tier customers with i
 mmediate responsibility as local support for Cisco account besides support
 ing all other East to West coast customers in different regions as necessa
 ry.\n2. Engage with key AC-DC & DC-DC power supply customers as on-site FA
 E support to do first level failure analysis.\n3.Proactively identify cust
 omer technical issues to determine correct solution selection, quality iss
 ues, etc.\n4.Support to resolve field issues at customer sites, including 
 first-level FA, FW and HW rework, etc.\n5.Work with Asian engineering team
 s for NPI programs, facilitating technical communications, on-site testing
  and debugging.\n6.Will support all required rework in US & Mexico if requ
 ired.\n7.Travel US Domestic, Mexico & Asia as needed. Traveling with our c
