Biography
William F. Godoy is a senior computer scientist in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His interests are in high performance computing programming models, scientific software, data management, and performance portability. William received a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. Prior experience includes a staff position at Intel Corporation and a postdoctoral appointment at NASA's Langley Research Center. He is a senior member of the IEEE Computer Society, and a member of ACM, while serving in several technical venues and conferences. Contact him at godoywf@ornl.gov.
