Paul Rich is a Principal Software Development Specialist in the Advanced Integration Group in the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility. He received a master's degree in computer science at the University of Chicago. He is the lead for scheduling policy and schedulers and was the primary developer of Argonne's in-house scheduler, Cobalt.
