Vikram Sharma Mailthody is a Senior Research Scientist and founding member of the Systems and Storage Research Group at NVIDIA Research. His work focuses on addressing core systems-level challenges in emerging datacenter workloads, with an emphasis on scalable GPU memory and storage system design. Vikram wears two hats at NVIDIA: he co-leads the Storage-Next initiative alongside CJ Newburn, and serves as the co-architect and lead researcher behind the NVIDIA Dynamo products. His recent work spans disaggregated KV cache management, asynchronous execution models, and fault-tolerant GPU systems.
