Caroline Chung
Biography
Caroline Chung, MD, MSc, CIP, FRCPC is an associate professor in Radiation Oncology and Diagnostic Imaging at MD Anderson Cancer Center who serves as Director of Imaging Technology & Innovation in Radiation Oncology—and in multiple leadership roles for the institution, including Co-Chair of the Tumor Measurement Initiative and the Data Governance Program. With a clinical practice focused on CNS malignancies, Dr. Chung is a clinician-researcher with a passion to improve the quality, efficiency, and efficacy of healthcare through innovative patient-centered solutions that harness the power of transdisciplinary collaborative efforts and disruptive technology developments. Her computational imaging lab focuses on the use of quantitative imaging measures to detect, characterize, and predict tumor growth and radiation-induced toxicity to guide personalized cancer therapeutic approaches.
