Biography
My research focuses on utilizing population scale multi-modal electronic health data to investigate spatial, temporal, and social patterns of disease (with a special emphasis on cancer) at the population level and use this information to inform models for precision health at the individual level. I am a technical lead on DOE-National Cancer Institute MOSSAIC, focused on advancing computing, predictive machine learning/deep learning (ML/DL) models, and large-scale computational simulations for NCI-supported cancer research. I am also the Group Lead of the Biostatistics and Multiscale Systems Modeling Group in the Computing and Computational Sciences Directorate.
