John Herboth is a Senior Commissioning Authority with Glumac. He started his commissioning career in late 2007 after graduating from the University of Portland at NorthWest Engineering Service, Inc. Throughout his 18 years in his profession, he has led or pursued several technical specialties, including smoke control special inspection, building enclosure testing and commissioning, and hydronic cooling systems, which led to his involvement in liquid-cooled data centers. He currently serves as the Northwest Chapter Past President of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) and believes that sharing project successes, failures, and best practices is a professional duty.
