Da Li is the co-founder and CEO of Yotta Labs, where he is building an orchestration layer that unifies globally distributed GPUs into a seamless, serverless platform for AI workloads. Prior to founding Yotta, he held engineering leadership roles at Chainlink Labs, Genies, and Meta. At Meta, he led the development of transparency and privacy infrastructure across Facebook and Instagram, driving adoption of privacy-enhancing technologies and building data systems for policy and research integrity. Da holds a PhD in electrical and computer engineering, with a focus on GPU computing and system optimization.
