Bikhyat Adhikari is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Florida International University, where he is currently engaged in research at the intersection of bioinformatics and machine learning. His work focuses on drug sensitivity studies using multi-omics data and interpretable AI models, particularly leveraging pathway-level representations to enhance biomedical insight. Prior to his Ph.D., he held nearly four years of experience in software engineering, data science, and technical leadership roles in the clinical domain. He is passionate about building data-driven solutions for healthcare and precision medicine. Bikhyat is actively involved in collaborative academic projects. He aims to bridge translational research and computational modeling to accelerate biomedical discoveries.
