Biography
Tyler Duncan is Vice President of Engineering and a Technical Fellow at Strategic Thermal Labs (STL), where he leads the design and development of next-generation liquid cooling solutions for high performance computing and hyperscale data centers. Prior to joining STL in 2024, Tyler spent over 19 years at Dell Technologies, most recently as Modular Data Center Chief Architect and Distinguished Engineer.

At Dell, he spearheaded the transformation of the modular data center business, introducing groundbreaking architectures, sustainable cooling technologies, and strategies that enabled broader market adoption across industries. He also played a key role in shaping Dell’s corporate strategy for edge computing and thermal innovation, earning over 60 patents along the way.

Tyler is a trusted technical leader known for translating complex challenges into real-world solutions. He collaborates closely with partners and customers, from technicians to C-level execs, to drive innovation that meets the evolving demands of compute-intensive environments.
