Ananya Adiki

Biography
Ananya Adiki is an undergraduate student at Texas A&M University, majoring in Computer Science. Her experience spans high-performance computing (HPC) systems, machine learning and data analytics, and full-stack development. At Texas A&M High Performance Research Computing (HPRC), Ananya works as an HPC Student Technician and Web Developer, contributing to projects that improve the accessibility of advanced computing resources for researchers while assisting with version control and routine website updates. In addition to systems work, Ananya has research experience in machine learning. In collaboration with a research lab at the Department of Construction Science, she designed a scalable Python pipeline that processed more than five million hours of construction industry data to study absenteeism. Using this pipeline, Ananya trained predictive models, including Random Forests and Neural Networks, achieving an 89% F1-score and uncovering insights into workforce behavior.
