Dr. Hormuth is a Research Scientist at the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences, The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, USA. He received a B.S. degree in biomedical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN, USA, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA. His research interests include the integration of quantitative imaging data with mathematical modeling, particularly within the framework of digital twins.
