Thomas Naughton is Co-Chairman of the Administrative Steering Committee for the PMIx Standard organization, and a contributor to the OpenPMIx and PMIx Reference RunTime Environment (PRRTE) software communities. He is an R&D Staff Member in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, with research interests that include runtime environments, system software and tools for high performance computing, and middleware for connecting distributed scientific instruments. He holds a PhD in computer science from the
University of Reading in England.
