Austin Shelnutt, PE, is the CEO of Strategic Thermal Labs (STL), bringing over 15 years of experience designing cutting-edge cooling solutions for data center servers. He spent a decade as the lead thermal architect for Dell’s Data Center Solutions group, where he led development of flagship platforms including the Triton liquid cooling system and the DSS 8440 AI server. Austin is the named inventor on 92 U.S. patents in heat transfer and related control technologies and is a highly sought-after thermal design consultant, having completed successful projects with eight of the largest cooling solution providers in the industry. At STL, he now leads innovation in custom liquid-cooling designs that enable the next generation of high-density, high-efficiency computing infrastructure.
