Ph.D. candidate at the Informatics Institute, University of Amsterdam (UvA), The Netherlands, where he has been pursuing his degree since 2021. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2013 and 2015, respectively. From 2016 to 2021, he worked as a machine learning researcher at several international AI startups. He is currently a member of the Multiscale Networked Systems (MNS) Group. His recent research centers on leveraging AI and machine learning for network resource management.
