Lena Oden is a professor of computer engineering at the FernUniversität in Hagen. Her research focuses on programming models and runtime systems for heterogeneous systems. At her university, she teaches computer architecture, virtualization, parallel programming models, and GPU computing. In 2019, she won a fellowship for improving the teaching of parallel programming with Jupyter notebooks.
