Dr. James Sexton is an IBM Fellow, Future Computing Systems, at IBM Research Europe, Dublin Laboratory. Dr. Sexton received his Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Columbia University, NY. His areas of interest lie in High Performance Computing, Computational Science, Applied Mathematics and Analytics. Prior to joining IBM, Dr. Sexton held appointments as Professor at Trinity College Dublin, as postdoctoral fellow at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton and at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
