Angel Beltre is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, specializing in scalable distributed systems for cloud computing and high-performance computing (HPC). He obtained a PhD in Computer Science from Binghamton University SUNY, NY, USA focused on scheduling, orchestration, cloud computing, and distributed systems. Angel actively researches HPC and cloud convergence paradigms, container orchestration, distributed system integration, and performance optimization. He has actively worked on enabling deployment and management of high-performance applications on cloud platforms.
