Leslie Leonard is the Associate Director of Workforce Development for the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC). With over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, cyber researcher, and program manager, Leslie is passionate about developing talent and advancing innovation in national defense. She is an advocate for mentorship and diversity in STEM, serving as a mentor through the Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) program. Leslie brings a strategic leadership perspective and a commitment to empowering the next generation of technologists and leaders in science and engineering.
